Q: Why are you changing the referral system?
A: We’re simplifying the process to make it easier for you to refer friends and family. Our new system eliminates technical barriers while maintaining all the benefits you love.
Q: What happens to my current rewards?
A: We will convert them over to our new system. You don’t have to worry about a thing.
Q: How do I submit referrals in the new system?
A: You can submit referrals through:
– Phone: Simply call our office and share the name with us or have your referring party give us a call and mention your name.
– Online in the form above.
Q: Will I still earn the same rewards?
A: Yes! Our reward structure remains unchanged:
-1st Referral: $100
-2nd Referral: $250
-3rd Referral: $500
-4th and beyond: $500
Q: How will I receive my rewards?
A: You don’t have to do anything. We will take care of the heavy lifting. Once your referral makes a purchase and clears our internal system, we will mail you out your earnings in check form. Keep an eye in your mailbox for anything from Weather Tight as we want to make sure you get rewarded for sharing our name.
Q: How long will it take to receive my reward?
A: Rewards will be processed after your referring party has “released” in our system. This means that they have completed their final measurement, have been financed approved, or have put down the necessary deposits. Timing can vary based on a variety of factors but we are happy to look into any referrals you have questions on. You can email us at rewards@weathertightcorp.com.
Q: What happens to my referral history?
A: Your entire referral history will be transferred to our new system automatically.
Q: Can I earn endless rewards?
A: You bet! The sky’s the limit on your earning potential. Stack those rewards as high as you want! Just keep in mind- if your referral rewards pass $600 in a calendar year, Uncle Sam wants to join the party. You’ll need to fill out a W9 form when you hit that milestone. But don’t let that stop you from earning big!
