There’s a lot to be said for viewing the ideas center in person. Our in-home experts are happy to visit your house to help you schedule and decide on your new windows, doors, roofing, or other exterior finishes. That said, if you want to see the products up close, it’s worth visiting West Allis.

We centrally located our Ideas Center in West Allis because it’s a short drive from many other locales we serve. In minutes, you can visit from downtown Milwaukee, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, Shorewood, Cedarburg, and other surrounding areas.

We’re located right at the intersection of Oklahoma and National Avenues—11400 West Oklahoma Avenue, West Allis, Wisconsin. As part of the Greater Milwaukee area, we’re easy to find and comfortable to visit.

Our Weather Tight Ideas Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. We have staff available at the Center to answer any general questions about our products. What to Expect During Your Visit

Check out the 360-degree tour of our showroom to get a feel for the experience (but nothing beats an in-person visit, of course). You’ll see sample installations of our products at the showroom—windows, doors, baths, and more. You can explore the different colors and finishes and see what different shapes and styles will look like in a home setting.

We often feature the latest products and options at the Center. You’ll also be able to view the different components, hardware, and trim options.

At Weather Tight, we know that it’s essential that customers can look at and touch products before they’re installed in their homes. We want you to be able to open the windows, lock the doors, and try out the different options before you purchase so you know exactly what to expect. That’s why we opened our Ideas Center in 2008, and we’ve been welcoming customers ever since.

Often, customers share great feedback about how much they enjoy the opportunity to examine products beforehand. While our in-home sales reps carry materials, samples, and plenty of photos to help you get a great feel for specific improvements on your home, customers like having a chance to touch and try before they buy. It can help you prioritize and get a feel for your experience.

What items will you find in our Ideas Center?

Windows: We feature examples of our different window styles like casement, double-hung, garden windows, bow windows, and more. You’ll be able to see the different color options and understand how to open the windows for easy cleaning and access.

Doors: In our showroom, you’ll find many examples of Weather Tight doors. You’ll see examples of entry doors and patio doors. Examine the different types of hardware and learn how secure, beautiful, and easy-to-maintain a new Weather Tight door can be.

Siding and Roofing: Exploring exterior finishes? You’ll see examples of Weather Tight siding, roofing, and trim in our showroom. Hands-on examples will help you get a feel for the quality and durability of our materials. It also allows you to play around with colors and different looks.

Baths: We also have examples of the materials we use for bath and shower updates. Bath and shower replacement is one of our newest offerings for Southeastern Wisconsin customers, and we’ve received rave reviews. Give your shower or bath a makeover!
